Web Project Manager

We are in search of a web project manager to add to our Raindrop family who is detail oriented, loves managing timelines, checking things off their list and making people cry tears of joy because they love their websites so much.

The web project manager will work closely with clients, the design team and the development team to ensure projects are completed and all features are working properly.

This position requires someone who can review a project, assess the scope of work that needs to be done, communicate clearly with team members, have the ability to discuss the project’s needs with the client, offer suggestions, manage timelines, have an eye for detail and have a focus on customer service. From start to finish, the web project manager is the quarterback for the website.

Applicant must have experience with Wordpress and will need to be willing to quickly pick up Mezzanine, another CMS that we like to work with.

Job Duties and Requirements

  • 1-3 Years of Relevant Experience in Website Project Management
  • Organized and Self-Motivated
  • Experience with Wordpress (and/or Mezzanine)
  • A Positive Attitude
  • Ability to Make Content Edits to Websites through CMS
  • Ability to Make Minor HMTL Updates as Needed

This is a full-time position working from Raindrop’s Little Italy location.

Social Media Coordinator

Are you obsessed with social media? Do you spend hours upon hours scrolling for new social trends? As a Social Media Coordinator at Raindrop, you’ll help create social media posts for a wide range of clients from schools to arts organizations to restaurants, and grow their social media presence so much, it’ll give you goose bumps.

We’re looking for a social media maven who is a creative, out-of-the box thinker and team player to work directly with our Social Media Manager. Together you will take social media marketing to the next level. 

You Are:

  • A creative, organized, and detail-oriented social media expert
  • Experienced in all social media platforms

You Have:

  • 0-1 years of professional social media experience (this is an entry level role perfect for someone just out of college)
  • Fluency in Photoshop
  • Excellent writing skills

Your Duties:

  • Daily monitoring of social channels
  • Grow social channels and engage with clients (comment, like, message audience on each social channel)

Junior Brand Manager / Brand Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Supports the Brand Manager with day-to-day client relationships and project management to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively. Oversees development of ongoing advertising materials.

This role will likely be working closely with arts organizations, so there will be a strong mix of traditional and digital creative projects. At Raindrop we ask our Brand Management team to play an active role in projects so this individual will be doing more than just creating timelines and managing clients, this role will also be learning how to manage email marketing campaigns, monthly reporting and more!

Job Duties:

Account and Project Management

  • Project Management/Creative Development
    • Support Brand Managers with project management
      • Types of projects include traditional advertising campaigns, collateral, digital banners, email marketing, content development, etc.
    • Work directly with clients to gather feedback and to manage the back-and-forth involved in creative reviews
  • Have a full understanding of all projects being worked on and coming up for clients in order to properly manage resources and timelines
  • Ensure that all creative materials have been copy edited and are client ready
  • Ad Campaigns
    • Work with the media team and media vendors to manage delivery timing and specs. Traffic final assets.
      • Work with creative team to build ads necessary to deliver on media campaigns, get ads approved by client and traffic ads to media outlets
    • Think critically about client’s needs to be able to react to their questions and any changes in a project
  • Strategy
    • Work with strategy department to come up with new and exciting ways to market our clients.
  • Search Marketing
    • Work with SEO and PPC teams to ensure that campaigns are running smoothly
  • Social Advertising
    • Create ads based on client needs
    • Prepare targeting and budget recommendations based on client’s goals
    • Set-up & manage ongoing campaigns
  • Email Marketing
    • Uses existing templates to update copy and images on a monthly basis to deploy emails and manage approvals with clients
    • Works with content team to establish editorial calendars
  • Reporting
    • Develop monthly performance reports for clients by reviewing Google Analytics and compiling overviews on all monthly deliverables

Skills and Qualifications:

Motivated, Passionate, Critical Thinker, Basic HTML Knowledge, Punctual, Constant Desire to Learn, Organized, Tech Savvy, Strategically Creative

Interest in arts, non-profits, and classical music a plus. Previous work with non-profit organizations and event planning.


- 1-2 years of relevant experience in an advertising agency or project management

- BA Degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, History or any relevant field

Salary: $35,000-$45,000 DOE This is a full-time salary position with benefits (Healthcare, Dental and Life Insurance)
