REPORTS TO DIGITAL STRATEGY SUPERVISOR 

Raindrop is a fast-growing agency located in the heart of Little Italy. We are looking for an all-star Sr. Paid Media Manager who is a talented mix of analytical and strategic, and is passionate about delivering on client objectives with paid media. As a Sr. Media Specialist, you will help lead the growing Raindrop Media Department by helping to build, execute, optimize and report on Google Ads, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram campaigns for direct response as well as brand-forward accounts.

You’ll work closely with our Paid Media Specialist and Media Director in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple projects and priorities. The perfect candidate is meticulous, organized, adaptable, and enthusiastic about partnering with clients and colleagues alike. You will help guide and mentor the Paid Media Specialist while also providing high-level insights and observations directly to clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Set up, manage budgets and optimize Google Ads, YouTube and Facebook/IG campaigns to deliver ROI
  • Build campaign strategy aligned with marketing objectives that span between direct response and branding; analyze client’s business goals and translate them to a digital marketing plan
  • Conduct, measure, and provide analysis of A/B tests for ad copy, targeting and buying strategies
  • Evaluate budget levels and campaign set-ups of new and existing client accounts, and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with Brand Managers to create reports and develop actionable insights for clients using performance data pulled from Google, Facebook, and other media platforms/vendors
  • Manage pixel and tracking set-up for campaigns
  • Help support and lead Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives for e-commerce clients

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficient in Google Ads, YouTube, Facebook/IG (Google Ads and Analytics Certified preferred)
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, preferably at an advertising agency
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, English or other relevant field
  • Demonstrated understanding of marketing and analytics concepts/metrics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Other useful skills & knowledge: Dropbox, Asana, Google Data Studio, SEO, and additional PPC tools
